Board Meeting Information

Hancock County Soil and Water Conservation District holds a publicly accessible Board of Supervisors meeting each month over Zoom to discuss and make decisions on soil and water conservation initiatives that affect our District. We believe in open governance and community partnership.

Meeting Schedule

Our meetings are held via Zoom on the 4th Wednesday of each month at from 8:00am to 10:00am. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please see the sidebar to the right for meeting dates and Zoom links.

Public Participation

Your voice matters! Community input helps shape our conservation priorities and ensures we are addressing the needs of all District residents. During each meeting, we allocate time for public comments and questions.
